Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Replacement items will be issued for damaged goods only.

If no replacement is available, a store credit will be provided and must be used within 60 days of issuance.

All clearance and sale items are final and not eligible for return or store credit.

Any item flaws will be discussed prior to purchase.

To be eligible for a replacement of damaged goods:

  • Email us at 3boutiquenm@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and pictures of the damaged goods
  • Submit your request within 1 week of receiving your order

When will my order ship?

  • In-stock items: Ships within 7–10 business days
  • Pre-order items: Ships within 4–6 weeks

If Pre-Order items arrive outside of the designated TAT, store credit ONLY will be issued if the customer requests a cancelation of the order.

Pre-Loved Item Disclosure & Purchase Policy

Sales are Final. Authentic merchandise is in pre-loved condition. The details will be disclosed to the buyer; however, the seller may not be able to disclose every small detail of the pre-loved item. Please ask for as many pictures and videos as you need to make a well-informed purchase. The seller does not offer refunds or returns.
