Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Pre-Orders: Pre-orders take 4–6 weeks to arrive.
These are estimated ship dates. Items that arrive outside of the estimated time frames can be cancelled for store credit only.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available within 7 days of invoice.
If items are not picked up within 7 days, the customer will be invoiced for shipping, and the package will be shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once shipped.
