Refund policy
- No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges. Replacement items will be issued for damaged goods. If no replacement is available, a store credit will be provided to be used within 60 days of issuance.
- All clearance and sale items are final and not eligible for return or store credit. Item flaws will be discussed before purchase.
To be eligible for a replacement of damaged goods:
- You must email us at b3boutiquenm@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of damaged goods within 1 week of receipt.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
